What information do we collect and why?
When you place an order with us, we will request personal information in order to process your delivery. This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit or debit card billing address.
Details of your address, telephone number and email address will be shared with our courier partners to provide you with a first class delivery service (and will not be used by these third parties for any other reasons). These details will also allow us to keep you informed about the status of your order.
Your credit card and payment details will only be used for the purpose of processing your order, through our secure payment gateway system Sage Pay. We will never share your card details with other third parties and we may only disclose them to a credit reference and fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. To prevent fraud we occasionally may have to ask you for further information to verify your identity if necessary. We also will not store your credit or debit card details on your website, so you will have to re-enter all your card details every time you place an order with us. For gateway specific terms and conditions please see wwwredsys.es
To help us improve our service and provide you with a more personalized shopping experience we may also use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons. We may pass your personal information onto a third party (a ‚data processor’) who works on our behalf to process your data. In this case, your data will be safeguarded by our data processor for us under the Data Protection Act 1988.
